Pastor AND preacher AND leader: Really? Really?

Can a preacher be a pastor too, to thousands?

Must the preacher necessarily be leader as well?

Can they build the 'brand' as well as The Church?

preacher/pastor/leader: that's a challenging bundle of roles for any one person to attempt.

Me thinks we might expect too much.
