Chocolate: Darker the better

Did you get any chocolate for Christmas?

For those of you in the cooler seasons right now, do you reach for hot chocolate to warm your insides?

The chocolate itself is not bad for us, in fact, it has some good benefits. But what is mixed in with the chocolate might be additives that add more than you want!
