Schedule an Event with Doodle

Have you ever been tasked with trying to find a date that suits everyone on your team, in your book club, Sunday School class or card club? It's crazy, all the emails flying round with different dates proposed, only to be declined by one or more people you'd really like to involve!

Doodle is an online service that can be used for a variety of scheduling purposes, not least of which is creating a poll to see what dates suit the club.

We started using it recently for our book club and it has lessened
  1. the number of emails
  2. the degree of frustration
  3. the time it takes to secure a feasible date to meet
Check it out for yourself. Getting started is simple and everyone can be invited by sending round the URL or web address. Of course your friends who are not online will have to phone-a-friend.
