Email & Bookmark Tools

What is all that stuff at the bottom of each post?

If there should ever be anything provocative, interesting, helpful or insightful on Conversations@Intersections that you'd like to find easily again or send on to a friend, Blogger is so good to give us tools to make that easy.

At the bottom of each daily post is a Bookmark button. You can click this, follow the steps and save the post to your bookmark tool of choice. Easy as!

Also, if there's some good in passing along something you've read here, the little envelope with an arrow on it sets up an easy email link. Just do the next thing and it'll go off to your friend or whoever you think needs to read it. Ahem.

You can always just send out the URL, the web address for the blog . . .

http://conversationsatintersections.blogspot.com/

You can also make this your home page by copying that URL into the correct space in the Preferences window of Firefox. Is it the same for Internet Explorer?

My objective isn't necessarily to have a huge readership, but to include anyone who might enjoy the conversation. If you come back regularly, or now and then, maybe you know of others who might be interested too.

Do you have some topics we should discuss or directions we should go? I've a few things up my sleeve, but I'm always open to input. That's what makes a conversation interesting.

With Internet Explorer you click on tools then internet options. Cut and paste URL in the box then conversations at intersections becomes your homepage.
With the topics to discuss.. Im thinking on that.. and a few that come to mind are - What is the meaning of community, how does a community work, social justice, do you and would you know your neighbour(s) meaning have you had them over for a cuppa lately. Only a couple things that come to mind on a monday night!!! AND of course can not forget lets discuss "geocaching" the adventures that come with this outdoor activity!

For those who thought I was being arrogant by telling readers how to make Conversations@Intersections their homepage, how often a week do you visit this blog? Hmmmm Hmmmm?

Some of you are daily, which is grounds for considering a homepage. No way am I suggesting our conversation is more important than the one you have via email with your friends & co-workers.
The idea was for those who have not personalised their online routines and are still opening up to a generic page they never look at or use.

So . . . thanks for the teasing, friends. Keeps me humble!
