That is email that has not been generated by my friend or loved one.
It is email that may have no traceable source.
It may be email that has no discernible truth.
It is definitely email that is clogging up the ether!
So the man from Cranking Widgets has a dedicated space to explain to folks about the BCC feature in email composition.
Another very polite version is at Thanks No.
Hi there, beloved friend of this email recipient:
Please visit http://thanksno.com/
Because this person likes getting personal messages from you, but doesn’t want any more email like this, please.
Love,
ThanksNo.com
BCC. Please ends this way . . .
When you send an email to somebody using the BCC field, none of the other recipients know who else received it. The idea is that everybody on the list isn't privy to the email address of everybody else on the list. For people who enjoy sending emails like the ones we're talking about, they also love to receive them. And whenever they get a fresh new crop of email addresses (whether they actually know the owner or not), they're all too happy to add them to the list of recipients for their next Dog in a Cute Sweater message.

Blessings to everybody who has ever sent me an email with a subject that starts with "Fw:".
