Travel & Work?

Whether you travel for work or pleasure, sturdy plastic folders can keep you organised.
I like ones that are open on three sides as they provide easy access.
I have others that are multi folders: all one piece with 5 pockets.
Jazz things up by colour coding them!

Some of the essential categories for travel might include In, To Home, To Office, Read/Review, and Travel Support. You might also include Action, Nice to Read & Pending.

You know how you travel and how you organise your life. The main thing is that you are intentional, think through your processes and develop a system. No more coming home from a trip and everything is in a jumble . . . and stays that way for days as it is all too much to tackle! If receipts go in the To Office folder with the notes from meetings and contact info for clients or networking, then it is all where it is needed when you are ready to deal with it.

If your pleasure reading is in its own folder, then work stuff won't intrude on your mind-break. If you get to the end of your pressing work, you can then pull out another folder and focus on what is pending or needs the next bit of attention. No more wasting time or energy looking for things or wondering what's next!

I'd also keep my Moleskine handy and a fountain pen. Never know when you'll be inspired to think outside the folders!
