Chaplain's Questions

Different chaplains get different questions.
Imagine the contexts and the challenges:
  • The hospital chaplain.
  • The university chaplain.
  • The prison chaplain.
  • The police chaplain.
  • The military chaplain.
Different situations, under different lights.
Might be same question in the end though.
"Does God really love me?"

Of course sometimes in the university one first has to establish that the nature of God is to love, or that God has the capacity to love before we can really engage with the personal and experiental (and of course this comment is way too generalised and a much more nuanced analysis would be more fitting for a university chaplain!!)
